The Client: Brand Loyal
Brand Loyal is a co-working space located in the heart of Central Phoenix near Central and Camelback. BL is a space for creatives by creatives, the design of the space is a key part of who they are. The home of BL is a building designed by famous architect Al Beadle and the former Headquarters of Upward Projects. (Originally built as First Federal Bank in Uptown Phoenix)
The Scope: Alex Leiphart, co-owner of Brand Loyal, came to For The People with a very clear vision of what he wanted for the space. It is a mix of mid-century furniture, tables from Urban Plow. The last key piece was the chairs. “FTP was able to come in and provide a set of fresh eyes, and an alternative viewpoint, that helped take the idea to another level” - Alex Leiphart
The Idea: Drawing inspiration from the building: The rust/tomato iron beams on the ceiling and the pink/light blues/earth tones from the concrete aggregate. We worked with Alex to provide multiple different options for each work area. “It’s the subtle details that make the difference, especially for a person seeing the space for the first time.” - Alex
